01. Venue Specifications & Power Access

Your wedding venue needs a level, open area measuring 20ft by 20ft, whether that's lawn, patio, or parking surface. Indoor setups work beautifully in venues with 12-foot-plus ceilings (think barns or ballrooms). We'll need standard electrical service to power the inflation blower, dance floor lighting, audio equipment, and temperature-control systems. Uncertain about your vineyard, backyard, or estate venue? 02. All-Weather Reliability & Safety Protocols

Our premium structure is engineered for outdoor celebrations and brief precipitation periods without interruption. Should severe weather threaten your event, we initiate contingency conversations well in advance, no bride or groom should worry about forecast changes. Safety remains paramount: industrial-grade anchoring systems, continuous airflow ventilation, and rigorous installation standards ensure your guests celebrate securely from first dance to final song.

03. Event Planning

What happens if it rains on our outdoor wedding day?

Our inflatable nightclubs are weather-resistant and handle light rain without issue. For severe weather, we work with you on rescheduling or alternative arrangements to ensure safety. Many backyard wedding couples actually love the cozy vibe of dancing while rain taps the inflatable roof, just make sure we have flat ground for anchoring, and we’ll handle the rest.

We're having our ceremony and reception at the same venue, will the setup disturb our guests?

Not at all. Setup takes 60–90 minutes, and we coordinate the timing to be minimally intrusive. Many wedding venues have us arrive during cocktail hour or dinner service when guests are already mingling away from the setup area. Our blowers run quietly in the background, and by the time your speeches end, the nightclub is ready for your grand entrance onto the dance floor.

Can we decorate the inside to match our wedding colours and theme?

Yes, you’re welcome to add your own décor to match your wedding aesthetic, as long as it doesn’t damage the structure. Many couples hang floral arrangements, fabric draping, or signage with their new shared last name. We just ask that all decorations are removed after your reception; if decorations are left behind, you may be subject to a cleaning fee. We recommend lightweight items that can be taped or gently hung; no nails, staples, or glitter bombs.
