Location Logistics & Power Requirements
Your company event requires a flat, open footprint of roughly 20 feet by 20 feet; office parking lots, corporate campus greens, and warehouse loading bays all work perfectly. For indoor team parties, we need vertical clearance of at least 12 feet (ideal for conference centres, office atriums, or spacious break rooms). Standard 110V electrical outlets are required to run the inflation blower, LED lighting rigs, PA speakers, and climate-control units. Yes, make it yours! You’re welcome to add corporate décor, branded backdrops, or signage as long as it doesn’t damage the structure. Many companies hang banners at the entrance or set up branded photo areas inside. We just ask that everything is removed after your event, or you may be subject to a cleaning fee. Stick to lightweight items that tape up gently; no nails, staples, or anything that punctures the material.
