01. Location Logistics & Power Requirements

Your company event requires a flat, open footprint of roughly 20 feet by 20 feet; office parking lots, corporate campus greens, and warehouse loading bays all work perfectly. For indoor team parties, we need vertical clearance of at least 12 feet (ideal for conference centres, office atriums, or spacious break rooms). Standard 110V electrical outlets are required to run the inflation blower, LED lighting rigs, PA speakers, and climate-control units. Built for office parking lot parties and light precipitation, our structure handles the elements without interrupting your team bonding. Should storms approach your corporate celebration, we activate contingency plans well ahead of time. Safety remains paramount: reinforced anchoring points, steady air circulation, and meticulous assembly procedures guarantee your staff celebrate securely from setup to breakdown.

03. Event Coordination & Scheduling

Every corporate booking includes a complimentary 20-minute planning call to finalize the when and where. You tell us your event start time and office location details, we confirm we can make it happen, then we show up and build your nightclub while you focus on team building.

Does the nightclub work for daytime corporate events, or do we need to wait until dark?

It works day and night! The climate control keeps everyone comfortable whether it’s a midday summer BBQ or an evening holiday gala. We’ve hosted everything from 2pm product launches to midnight award ceremonies, so pick the time slot that fits your company culture.

We already have a company DJ and caterer booked. Will you coordinate with them?

We handle the logistics so you don’t have to play event planner. During your complimentary 20-minute consultation, we’ll sync up with your DJ to nail down timing, power needs, and layout. We just need standard electrical access for our inflatable, lighting, and climate control. Think of us as another professional vendor who shows up on time, does the job, and stays out of everyone’s way.

Can we brand the space with our company logo or event theme?

Yes, make it yours! You’re welcome to add corporate décor, branded backdrops, or signage as long as it doesn’t damage the structure. Many companies hang banners at the entrance or set up branded photo areas inside. We just ask that everything is removed after your event, or you may be subject to a cleaning fee. Stick to lightweight items that tape up gently; no nails, staples, or anything that punctures the material.
