We require a 50% deposit to lock in your date, with the remaining 50% due when we arrive to set up on party day. Once you send the deposit, that date is yours, even during peak grad season when weekends book up fast. If plans change, deposits are transferable to another date within 12 months (just give us 14 days notice). We accept e-transfer or credit card, and you’ll get immediate confirmation once you’re booked.
We arrive 60–90 minutes before your party starts to handle setup. This happens quietly in the background while you’re still getting photos taken or hanging with early arrivals. By the time your grad crew shows up, the nightclub is fully inflated, lights are pulsing, and everything’s ready to go. We lock in the exact arrival window during your booking call so it fits your schedule perfectly.
Yes, you’re welcome to add your own décor to match your wedding aesthetic, as long as it doesn’t damage the structure. Many couples hang floral arrangements, fabric draping, or signage with their new shared last name. We just ask that all decorations are removed after your reception; if decorations are left behind, you may be subject to a cleaning fee. We recommend lightweight items that can be taped or gently hung; no nails, staples, or glitter bombs.
